Morgen Industries, Inc offers the ultimate in DATA DESTRUCTION - Hard Drive Shredding. This solution is used
when the hard drive Overwriting/Sanitizing process cannot be completed or it does not address all in-house
compliance issues. Our destruction process results in particle sizes from less than 1/4" up to 2" in diameter.

Morgen Industries, Inc. provides detailed training to every employee on how sensitive information is to be handled.
All employees who collect, transport and destroy sensitive information pass through a background check and are bonded. Each employee
must read and understand our written policy and procedures manual and sign a Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.
All our employees wear identifiable clothing when on-site.

Step 1.)
Morgen Industries will ship hard case lock boxes. Each lock box contains a packet with a serialized security bolt for each
box and a release form.

Step 2.)
Load the lock box with the hard drives that will be destroyed into the foam cut-outs in the case.

Step 3.)
Fill out the release form stating the number of drives, the serial
number on the security bolt, and then sign the form and place it inside the lock box.

Step 4.)
Secure the lock box closed with the enclosed high security bolt.

Step 5.)
Using the pre-paid label, contents are shipped back to our facility for processing.

Step 6.)
Once the lock box is received at the MI facility, the customer is notified. The security bolt is then cut.

Step 7.)
Each hard drive is scanned and placed in trays for destruction. A receipt of all serial numbers is then generated.

Step 8.)
Once all drives are scanned, they are immediately shredded. Customer has the option of viewing the
destruction process via an IP camera.

Step 9.)
All shredded material is gathered into bins and sent to EPA certified material handlers for recycling.

Step 10.)
Morgen Industries will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction indicating the number of hard drives destroyed and the
associated serial numbers of those drives.
